What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)

  • Deliver meals and assist residents with dining needs

  • Monitor and record vital signs accurately

  • Offer comfort measures such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths

  • Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members

  • Build meaningful connections with residents and families

  • Respond calmly and confidently in fast-paced or critical situations

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA program

  • Active CNA certification (state-required)

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong communication skills with compassionate bedside manner

  • Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining safety and professionalism
