Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

3+ years of long term care experience is required
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
Supervisor experience is preferred
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center

The RN 11-7 Supervisor assumes responsibility for the center, include assessment, medication, distribution, treatment clinical documentation, and supervision of 11-7 Nursing Staff and other staff as needed. Works closely with the ADON, DON, and Unit Managers to ensure the the safety and well being of the residents. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduated of an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of NJ as a RN. Current CPR or certified within 90 days of hire Other certifications may be required for other areas of the organization POSITION SUMMARY: The RN 11-7 Supervisor assumes responsibility for the nursing staff of facility during the 11-7 shift.
