Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility, is seeking energetic and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its growing team. As a Part-Time LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents. With day, evening, and night shifts available, you will have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities:

  • Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature

  • Administer medications and injections to residents as needed

  • Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed

  • Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output

  • Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Requirements:

  • Current NY State LPN License
