Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and other clinical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to promote professional growth and development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication with families and healthcare providers
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize clinical practices
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in rehabilitation and skilled nursing services
• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical and business acumen, with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect
