RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a skilled nursing/rehab setting

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

• Supervise CNAs and LPNs

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Provide compassionate care to residents and families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required)

• Experience in rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• New grads welcome to apply (preferred experience is a plus)
