Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including coordinating the daily activities and operations of the facility
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
• Conduct performance evaluations, implement employee development plans, and address employee concerns
• Model excellent clinical nursing practice and professional behavior
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and facility policies
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting to enhance the overall quality of care and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role or other relevant experience

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Manager/ Administrator or willingness to pursue

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality of care

  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of current nursing practices
