Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our team of skilled nursing professionals. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for directing the daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. You will also participate in the admission, discharge, and transfers of residents, assess for changes in their status, and document accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs the daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.

  • Follows the nursing model to promote holistic care for our residents.

  • Ensures that policies and procedures are complied with by nursing personnel assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Current RN License in the state of New York

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay Rate: $39-$45/hour
