This is a Salaried position. Overview Sign on Bonus - $5000 JOB SPECIFICS Join an established Primary Care practice Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research. Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research. Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups. Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Excellent work/life balance with no call or weekends. This is a salaried position. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. PRN/Per Diem role All required licensure and certification will be reimbursed at 50% for part time employees. The company will provide each provider with a lab coat upon hire. Performance based merit increase is considered annually. 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer matching, up to 8% of your annual salary. Enrollment is at 90 days. Malpractice Insurance Coverage up to 100% The company will provide a Collaborating Physician.
