Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Health Center in Doylestown, Pa is ACTIVELY SEEKING a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our "Dynamic Team" of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents.

This RN Unit Manager position is primarily Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will implement and interpret organizational policies.
The RN Unit Manager will attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will ensure proper documentation is being completed.
The RN Unit Manager will participate in care plans with the clinical team.
