Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available!*
We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
PAY: $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.
Openings, including an every other weekend rotation, include:
16 hours on 7a-3p
16 hours on 3p-11p
24 hours on 3p-11p
32 hours on 3p-11p
16 hours on 11p-7a
24 hours on 11p-7a
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
Follow physician's orders and administer medications as prescribed
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and report any unusual or significant findings
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
Must be CPR certified
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Massachusetts
