About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Windcrest Health & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also assist with vital signs, mobility aids, and other daily living activities.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with vital signs, mobility aids, and other daily living activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document resident care and activities accurately
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements
Current CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move residents as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient demeanor
