Responsibilities

  • Oversee all nursing operations within the facility

  • Monitor quality measures, infection control, and clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio
  • Previous experience as a DON or ADON in a long-term care setting
  • Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, survey process, and compliance
  • Experience with clinical systems such as PointClickCare preferred
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
