Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents on our day shift, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
Collaborate with other members of the nursing team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
