We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Clinical Nurse to join our team. This position will oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing homes in Pennsylvania, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

 

Regional Clinical Nurse Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure top-notch clinical practices and compliance.
  • Guide and support nursing staff.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections.
  •  Develop training programs.
  • Collaborate with administrators.
  • Resolve clinical issues promptly.

 

Regional Clinical Nurse Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in EMR systems.
