Overview ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $147,600.00 - $197,600.00 SCOPE: The Lead RN is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations and nursing functions at their assigned infusion site. This position ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care by managing day-to-day workflows, assignments, and communication among nursing and support staff. The Lead RN acts as the on-site clinical resource and liaison between nursing staff, providers, and the Supervisor of Nursing Services to maintain alignment with organizational standards, policies, and objectives. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily site operations, including RN assignments, patient flow, and coordination of clinical activities to ensure safe, timely, and effective care. Monitor in-baskets, triage queues, and communication channels to ensure timely response and resolution.
