Schedule: Full-Time | Current School Year & 20262027 School Year
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (MondayFriday)
Pay Rate: $35/hour

Position Overview:
A school district in the Tampa area is seeking Registered Nurses (BSN) to support students in school-based settings. This role may include general health room responsibilities and requires flexibility to work across multiple campuses as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to students in school settings
  • Support health room operations and student medical needs
  • Collaborate with staff and follow care plans
  • Float between school sites as needed

Requirements:

  • Active Florida RN license (BSN required)
  • School or pediatric experience preferred
  • Flexibility to support multiple locations

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
