The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham is hiring part-time LPNs! Weekdays 11p-7a, 24 hours a week.

We are a 4-star skilled nursing facility! Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $46, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your job is to provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Experience & Education:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.

  • Must be CPR certified.

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state, or be in the process of obtaining one.

  • New graduates welcome!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.

  • Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care.

  • Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately.

  • Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness.

  • Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.

  • Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.

  • Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list.

  • Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary.

  • Administer medication according to procedure.

  • Maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which he/she is responsible.
