Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Part Time Evenings team in Vestal, New York. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with vital signs, reports, and other clinical responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and other educational activities
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues

Work Schedule:

• Part-time evenings: 2pm - 10pm, with possible overtime and weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
