Position: CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medical treatments

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
