Home Care LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

$25 - $27 / hour

NurseCore is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for adult and pediatric patients with chronic conditions. Shifts range from 8–12 hours. You’ll follow individualized care plans while building meaningful connections with your patient.

What You'll Need: 

  • Current LPN license in Nevada. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of post grad experience
  • Experience caring for patients with G-tubes; ventilators or trachs considered a plus. 
  • Hands-on CPR certification up to date. 
  • TB test negative within the past 12 months.
