Key responsibilities typically include: Staff Supervision: Overseeing and directing the activities of nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This includes scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality care delivery.
