Job Summary:

Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a quaint, 80-bed ranch-style facility with a friendly homelike atmosphere located in the heart of Central New York. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. As an RN Supervisor, you will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; and provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement patient care plans and protocols
Direct and develop staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control policies and protocols
Identify and address patient care needs and concerns
Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Current NYS RN Licensure
Minimum two years of experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical
Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
