Job Summary:

Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a quaint, 80-bed ranch-style facility with a friendly homelike atmosphere located in the heart of Central New York. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. As an RN Supervisor, you will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; and provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans and protocols

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current NYS RN Licensure

  • Minimum two years of experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical

  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
