We are seeking a strong, dependable, and compassionate RN Nursing Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility leadership team on the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities

The RN Nursing Supervisor will:

Provide clinical and supervisory oversight for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift
Support nurses and CNAs with resident care needs, change-in-condition concerns, and clinical decision-making
Ensure timely physician/provider notification, family communication, and appropriate documentation
Monitor resident care, safety, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and acute changes in condition
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner
Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive communication among staff
Ensure assignments are completed and resident needs are met throughout the shift
Provide coaching, education, and support to nursing staff
Communicate shift concerns, staffing needs, and clinical issues to nursing leadership

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
Prior long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to lead staff in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner
Knowledge of infection control, documentation standards, resident rights, and change-in-condition processes
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
