Job details:

Student is 6 yrs old and is wheelchair bound. They require assistance with all activities of daily living.
Diagnoses: Developmental delay, seizure disorder, Cortical visual impairment, Dysautonomia, and has a G-tube
The 1:1 Nurse will ride to and from home/school with the student as well as provide dedicated nursing services throughout the school day. Student is 6 yrs old and is wheelchair bound. They require assistance with all activities of daily living.
