Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager:

Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN/LPN)
Registered Nurse strongly preferred
Experience with electronic medical record
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid leadership abilities

Job Duties for Nurse Unit Manager:

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Mentor RN/LPN Staff Nurses
Provide guidance to our Nursing Assistants
Monitor training for new orients
Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints
Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
