The Director of Nursing ensures patient care standards are achieved and in alignment with internal policies and rigorous external regulations, including those set by TCH, AABB, ASTCT/CIBMT and FACT to maintain accreditation status for stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapies. The Director of Nursing serves on system-wide and cross-functional committees and has external presence in community and professional organizations and societies. Responsibilities would include assisting the Director of Operations and the VP/COO with annual goal setting and assisting with the implementation of strategies to achieve the goals.
