Summary

Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes OR circulating, PACU, admitting, discharging, and managing pre-op and post-op phone calls. The leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration, ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff.

  • Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team.
  • Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care. 
  • Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families.
  • Rotate through OR circulating, PACU, admitting and discharge. 

 

Schedule

  • Part-time | 56 hours per two weeks 
  • Weekdays, Day shifts and on-call rotation for Weeknights, Weekends & Holidays

 

Pay and Benefits

Pay based on experience and degree - Pay range: $39.87 - $59.34 per hour 

  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour 

    • Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour 

       

       

      Earn extra pay for working these shifts! 

      • Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts 

      • Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts 

  • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing or higher
  • Current Minnesota RN License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) 
    • Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families and community resources.
