Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license with a strong record of reliability and professionalism
Significant hands-on experience with pediatric patients requiring:
- Ventilator and tracheostomy management, including inline suctioning and oxygen dependence
- G-tube management, encompassing multiple daily feedings and medication administration
- Advanced respiratory care, such as inline nebulizer administration and speaking valve trials
- High-frequency monitoring, including regular vitals and physical assessments
Previous school nursing or 1:1 pediatric care experience strongly preferred
Exceptional dependability for consistent daily attendance
Commitment to safety and compassionate advocacy for young learners

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-acuity nursing care throughout the school day to meet all medical needs
Maintain continuous 1:1 supervision, including riding the school bus for student safety
Document interventions, assessments, and clinical observations with accuracy

Respond rapidly to any changes in condition or medical emergencies
