Scripps Green Hospital is attached to Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery and organ transplantation.

This is a full-time (60 hours/2 weeks) position with 10-hour shifts 3 days/week at Scripps Green in Torrey Pines. M-F with some call and variable off each week.

Job duties to include prep and recovery, minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation. Once on the team, you will not want to leave.

Required Experience/Specialized Skills

Minimum 1 year RN experience in the IR, Cath Lab, ICU or ED.
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English, excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Standby call after hours, weekends and holidays
Current CA RN License.
Current BLS/ACLS and NIH certification required upon completion of department orientation.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Recovery experience
