What We’re Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in FL
2+ years of LPN/RN experience in long-term care or similar setting
Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience required
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
CPR/BLS certification (ACLS a plus)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts
Serve as Nurse-in-Charge, ensuring smooth clinical operations
Oversee resident care, assessments, and care plan implementation
Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
