Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long‑Term Care
Location: Clancy, Montana
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift, 36 Hours per Week
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1,636
Position Summary
The LPN Long‑Term Care clinician will provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long‑term care environment. This role requires adherence to clinical standards, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by authorized providers
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with nursing staff and support teams to ensure continuity of care
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity and independence
Contract Details
Length: 8 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 36 hours per week
Compensation: Estimated gross weekly pay of $1,636
Setting: Long‑Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Start Date: Based on facility need
Qualifications
Active LPN license (Montana or compact‑eligible)
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of long‑term care experience preferred
Strong communication skills and professional conduct
