Position Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 patient care for students in a school-based setting. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s daily life while enjoying a predictable school schedule in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to assigned student(s) during the school day

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs promptly

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers

  • Document care accurately in compliance with state and district guidelines

  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student throughout the school day

  • Adhere to all clinical, safety, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Pediatric, school nursing, or 1:1 care experience preferred (not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a school setting

  • Compassionate, reliable, and student-focused approach to care
