Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
  • Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.

Qualifications:

  • RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico
  • Graduate of an accredited RN Program.
  • 2 years Nursing experience in critical care, surgical services preferred.
  • Current BLS, ACLS & PALS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification. 
  • Specialty certification preferred.
