Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on nursing leadership and management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Certifications: BLS certification required; other relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, MDS) a plus
