POSITION OVERVIEW Job Summary The Unit Supervisor oversees daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure high-quality care for residents. This role involves leading and supervising the nursing team, coordinating care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Qualifications Education: Associate Degree Experience: 1-3 years Licenses and Certifications Must have and maintain a current, valid nursing license and current, valid CPR certification. POSITION OVERVIEW This Travel Licensed Practical Nurse role supports short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, requiring adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care.
