What You Will Do

Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State  
Minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment
Valid driver's license required for all areas outside of Manhattan
Wound Care Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire preferred
Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing preferred

Pay Range

USD $118,942.00 - USD $152,717.00 /Yr.

Support accurate diagnosis coding and documentation. Monitor referral activity and contribute to departmental growth initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of home care regulations, hospice standards, reimbursement guidelines, and payer requirements.
