Executive Director – Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Erie, Pennsylvania Home Health office. This Medicare-certified intermittent skilled care office has proudly served the community for the past two years, providing short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and supportive home health services to adults and seniors through personalized one-hour in-home visits.

This leadership role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, operational leadership, and growing community partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical and office teams to deliver exceptional patient care and service excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, referral sources, physicians, and community partners
  • Oversee daily office operations, including business development, budgeting, strategic planning, recruiting, and fiscal management
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and all regulatory standards
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of patient care services to support positive outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Supervise and support a team of field nurses and therapists
  • Conduct supervisory visits in patient homes as needed
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Coordinate and deliver educational in-services and staff development programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare management experience required
  • Prior Home Health and OASIS experience required (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation
  • Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve goals, lead teams, and successfully manage increasing levels of responsibility
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
