Seeking a dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one care in a vibrant school setting for the upcoming academic year. This unique opportunity involves working closely with a single student who has seizure activity, challenges with temperature regulation, and is highly activemaking adaptability and strong observation skills essential. The student may respond best to a male caregiver, so comfort and experience in similar roles are highly valued. You will have a direct impact on the students daily life, both in the classroom and during transportation.

Key Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in Washington
  • Strong clinical skills in pediatric environments, particularly with seizures and thermodysregulation
  • Experience working in school or youth-centered settings preferred
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in medical situations
  • Reliable transportation to participate in student transport duties
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, attentive, and compassionate 1:1 care throughout the school dayincluding on the bus
  • Monitor and address medical needs proactively, documenting as required
  • Assist with managing activity levels and supporting student participation in school activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents for coordinated care
  • Promote a safe environment in all school and transport settings

This is a full-time contract position, spanning the entire 26/27 school year (August through May), with 37.5 hours per week scheduled onsite at one school location.
