Located near Tacoma, WA, this full-time onsite role focuses on working closely with a single student with unique medical needsincluding seizure management, thermodysregulation, and high activity levels. The role is especially suited for candidates comfortable working as a male caregiver, fostering trust and comfort for the student.

Key Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Washington State
Prior experience supporting children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
Confidence and skill in responding to seizures and managing thermodysregulation
Strong, calm presence suited for high-energy situations
Ability to provide care during school hours and accompany the student on transportation as needed
Professionalism, flexibility, and reliability

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver dedicated 1:1 medical support to the assigned student throughout the school day
Monitor and respond to health needs, including seizure response and temperature regulation
Support the students participation in classroom and school activities by encouraging safety and independence
Maintain precise medical documentation and communication with teachers, staff, and parents
Support the student during school transportation times, ensuring safety and continuity of care
