RN Supervisor

Location: Rose City Nursing and Rehab | Lancaster, PA
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care

  • Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance during routine operations and emergency situations

  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and shift coverage needs

  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure accurate clinical documentation

  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives

  • Ensure proper medication administration and nursing practice standards are followed

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania

  • Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage unit operations

  • Experience with long-term care regulations and compliance standards preferred
