We are seeking dedicated School Nurses (LPNs and RN-BSNs) for the 20262027 school year with Hillsborough County Public Schools. This onsite role will support students in health room settings and may include individualized 1:1 student care assignments throughout the district.

Key Responsibilities
Provide student-centered nursing care during school hours
Monitor student health plans and administer medications as needed
Support school staff with student medical concerns and emergencies
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Float between school sites when district coverage is needed

Assignment Details
Dates: August 10, 2026 May 29, 2027
Schedule: 36.5 hours weekly
Hours vary by campus and grade level (7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Mondays are early release days
Onsite only
Florida LPN or RN license required
RN candidates must possess a BSN
CPR certification required
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required
Additional district fingerprinting required ($93 fee)
