Fulltime 3pm-11pm RN Supervisor sought for skilled nursing facility in Lynn, MA area!

Monday through Friday with some weekend on-call rotation

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.

  • Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting. Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor strongly preferred.

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

  • COVID-19 vaccination required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide oversight and direction to clinical team

  • Make rounds with physicians, as necessary

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team

  • Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly

  • Other special projects and duties, as assigned

  • Responsible for wounds/QI/clinical
