Full-Time School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 1:1 Support Location : Tacoma, Washington Position Overview The School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides full-time, one-on-one nursing care for a student in a structured special education classroom. The student requires gastrostomy tube (G-tube) feeding and diabetic care, as well as support within an environment that includes significant behavioral needs. The LPN ensures the students medical safety while supporting participation in academic and social activities. This role works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with Washington State nursing regulations, district policies, and individualized healthcare and education plans.
