Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's standards and policies
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition and identify any necessary adjustments to their care plan
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
