Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC Contract

Location: Woonsocket, South Dakota

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 16-week contract assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Woonsocket, SD. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule Details

  • Night shifts

  • 48 hours per week

  • Consistent full-time hours with potential for overtime

Compensation

  • Estimated gross weekly pay of $2,254

  • Pay package may include a combination of taxable wages and non-taxable stipends, depending on eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

  • Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or eligibility to practice

  • Current BLS or CPR certification

  • Previous long-term care (LTC) experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
