Qualifications:

Current RN license in Illinois

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct care for illness, injury, and chronic health management to middle school students (grades 46)
Maintain health records and manage medication administration according to school policies
Implement individualized health plans and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families
Conduct health screenings and promote wellness through age-appropriate health education
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide guidance on communicable disease prevention
Support the physical and emotional well-being of the student population
