The Gardens at Easton is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA.

The RN Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising nursing personnel while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

Rate: $40–$42 per hour

Available Shift

Full-Time
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the performance of nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
Previous supervisory experience in long-term care preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
