What you’ll do:

- Daily patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Medication administration (oral, enteral, inhaled)
- Ventilator care and tracheostomy suctioning
- Tube feedings and chronic disease management
- Accurate documentation and timely status reporting
- Coordinate and accompany residents to medical appointments
- Collaborate with other RNs, MDs, and the broader care team

What you bring:

- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Pediatric, ICU, or PCU background preferred
- Ventilator/tracheostomy experience a strong plus
- Experience with developmentally disabled patients welcomed
