At Haven Home Health & Hospice, we are a locally owned organization committed to putting patients first, always. We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Preceptor and help guide the next generation of home health nurses as they transition into field-based care.

This role is ideal for a nurse who values quality over volume and believes strong clinical onboarding leads to better patient outcomes. As a Preceptor RN, you will support new clinicians through hands-on education, mentorship, and real-time guidance in the field, ensuring safe, thoughtful, and patient-centered care across our local communities.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
