This position is responsible for assessing and taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcome evaluations of the care plan provided by the nursing team and providing technical nursing care and interventions to homecare patients. This position requires providing services specifically to the Pike County area of more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Blessing Hospital's strategic plan, the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement /Patient Safety Plan.

Education/Training/Experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- One-year medical/surgical experience
- BSN
- Possesses current State RN license.
- Must be willing to apply for Missouri licensure within one month of hire.
- Must have Automobile.
- Current driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance equivalent to state law requirement.
- Non-exempt hourly - pay per visit
